Public Hearing Notices

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1979, c.231 (N.J.S.A.10:4-6 et seq.), this notice shall serve as the Revised Annual Meeting Notice for the regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority (the “Authority”) during calendar year 2021 and through the Authority’s Reorganization Meeting in February 2022. Commencing with the June 24, 2021 meeting, all regular meetings of the Authority’s Board of Commissioners will be held in-person, at 5:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Authority’s new location at 13-15 Linden Avenue East, Jersey City, New Jersey. The dates of the regular meetings of the Authority’s Board of Commissioners are as follows:
