The JCMUA offers flagger services  that provide work zone protection and traffic control.  The Traffic Flagger Department is dedicated to serving its clients and customers, providing well executed traffic plans that allow safe passage and minimal disturbance to traffic flow. Each flagger goes through extensive training to secure proper understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

HOW TO APPLY FOR SERVICES:

Each Company MUST fill out Flagger Request Form 
Please use the button below to submit your request to provide traffic flagging for your project. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to revise your original request, if necessary. Please retain this e-mail to revise your request if you require a CANCELLATION or any other REVISION to the original request.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Services are offered 24/7, 365 days a year. However the administrative office hours are 8am - 5pm.

After Hour Emergency
If flagger services are required for an emergency job and you are calling after 5pm, please contact Superintendent Patrick Stamato at 201-320-1751. Form is still required.
