PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority (AJCMUA@) will be receiving sealed proposals for an Insurance Broker and Risk Management Services.  All proposals will be publicly opened and read on November 18, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. prevailing time at the JCMUA=s Administrative Offices, at 555 Route 440, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305, in the Anthony J. Fiola Memorial Conference Room.

The JCMUA intends to enter into a Insurance Broker and Risk Management Services Contract, for a one year, two year or three year agreement for the services of an Insurance Broker and Risk Management Services on the basis of a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.

SEQ. AND N.J.A.C. 17:27 AFFIRMATIVE ACTION OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY.
