PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority (AJCMUA@) will be receiving sealed proposals for a Qualified Accounting Firm for Auditing services for a Sewer/Water Utility.  All proposals will be publicly opened and read on November 18, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. prevailing time at the JCMUA=s Administrative Offices, at 555 Route 440, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305, in the Anthony J. Fiola Memorial Conference Room.

The JCMUA intends to enter into a Professional Service Contract, from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 for the services of a QUALIFIED ACCOUNTING FIRM on the basis of a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.
